More effective and more fun than regular walking!
Walk your way to health and learn to incorporate 90% of your body muscles with each stride. Nordic Pole Walking will pump up your cardio by increasing oxygen consumption, reduce stress to your knees and lower joints and improve posture while strengthening your upper body to create resistance to build better bone density. Walking with pole is a safe and fun exercise that can fit everybody.
Register for one of two sessions. All you need are comfortable clothes and a good pair of running shoes! The cost for poles is included with your registration cost.
